Anyone in or near Connecticut?

I ask because a Doberman friend of mine is looking to get a corgi, but the rescues won't adopt to her becuase she's got two dobes (from show breeders, these dogs are well trained and have titles.. but the rescues in her area don't care.)

I don't recall if discussion of breeders is allowed here, but if anyone lives in CT... do you know of any good breeders up her way?
