What to do with Wrapping Paper...

This is Checkers' version of what should be done with old wrapping paper that you don't want to store. We actually all had a blast with it, before Checkers got in on the fun Justin and I were jumping up and down on it learning about crinkly noises... then Checkers felt the need to demonstrate tearing noises for us also. We had a lot of fun, definitely worth the clean up. Here is a link to some pictures.

Cheryl, how cute!!! I loved the slideshow. Dillon loves getting presents. At christmas time, he has all his toys wrapped up under the tree (I have to wait until the night before to put all of his under the tree) and in the morning we get to watch him rip apart all his presents...he does one at a time, gets the toy out and runs off with it to bring it into our livingroom near his toy bin! then he runs back to get another toy... we try to make him wait for us to each open one before he gets another, but considering the fact he has more under the tree every year than we do , it would be uneven anyway so he often gets a few in a row! LOL

That's great Cheryl - wonder if it's a Corgi boy thing?? Rupert knows that you unwrap presents - he loves it!! Check out his video on Dogster where he gets really frustrated with Jemma as she hasn't got a clue that the real present is under the wrapping paper!

Let's face it - the mess is worth the fun they have and the fun we get watching them go to it!!

The funny thing is Gator was watching the whole process, but wouldn't play with the paper like Checkers was. I'm sure the mess would have been much worse if the two boys decided together to go after the paper LOL. We let Checkers open a gift last Christmas, but he didn't have as much fun with that as he did yesterday just playing with the paper alone.

I bet both Jem and Gator will learn Cheryl, and then there really will be a mess!!!

Really liked the slide show! Checkers is a pro at demolishing wrapping paper. Ace also enjoys unwrapping things. He did it at Christmas and his birthday. We should get Checkers, Rupert, and Ace together for a wrapping paper demolishing session! That would be worth videoing!

Great slideshow Cheryl! Checkers looks like he is having a blast! Jackie would love to join in that fun also. She has never unwrapped a present, but she sure likes to shred and destroy!!!!:p
