Emilie, it is Friday by you; enjoy your weekend - LOL

I have to chuckle, love the pictures though; never get tired of them. I will have to wait and see if I can post anything because we can't find his babble ball and I have a new one being sent - hope it is here by Friday

I think you need more toys, they look deprived

I just got home and saw that shot of Dillon with his tongue sticking out and cracked up! He looks like he's defiant and telling you he'll keep his eyes closed when you take a picture of him if he wants to! What a hoot!

A pink bunny for a boy? That reminds me of that movie "A Christmas Story" when little Ralphie's aunt bought him that bunny suit for Christmas.:D

Funny part guys, was that I was in petco with him and suddenly i hear this funny grunting sound, i look down and there he is carrying this HUGE pink bunny.. I started to take it away from him and he had the saddest look, so i gave it back and he carried it all over the store until we checked out...so mama didn't chose the pink bunny for the boy, he chose it for himself LOL! ( I love the movie, a christmas story" a yearly must see in our house...Incidently Gus's favorite toys seem to be the migrator quail and Dillon's giant pink bunny.

There's nothing more pitiful than sad Corgi eyes, Emilie. Glad you decided Dillon couldn't live without it.:) I've always liked the hedge hogs but, I guess they don't make those in pink yet.:D

are you making fun of my boy?! LOL kidding, now you must know, the boys have two hedgehogs here, one small and one large. They love them too! but not as much as pink bunny..it makes a really cute grunty/squeaky sound and has really long, floppy long , great for shaking....

ColColt
04-25-2007, 03:44 PM
He, he...as precious as those two are, if they were mine, I wouldn't care what colors they liked.:D I wonder if they can even see colors or not? I've never heard. Whenever I get my little furball, you can bet a hedge hog will be part of their toys.

Every boy deserves a pink bunny; I bet Dillon doesn't know it is pink, but I am surprised your husband approves, or do you only bring it out when he is gone:D

"You'll shoot your eye out!" That is one of my hubby's favorite movies! We watch the 24 hour marathon on Christmas Eve every year.
Zia has a hedgie that has pink feet and pink eyeshadow!
Emilie ~ too funny about Dillon and his pink bunny. I bet that was a sight to see.

"You'll shoot your eye out!" That is one of my hubby's favorite movies!

I guess one of my favorite parts was when Randy was hiding under the kitchen cabinet and told his Mom..."Daddy's gonna kill Ralphie!":D My favorite Christmas movie of all.

Cindy,

I have the same problem with Emma especially. She hears the beep when the camera turns on - gives me a discussed look and walks away. When we were gardening the other day she was far enough away that she didn't know I was pointing at her...

Chloe hears the beep and comes running to me sooooo I loose the shot of her I was hoping to get....

I'm kicking it off with pictures of Riley.

When Riley would go visit our friends Bev and Stan (Corgiland), she would haul out this enormous stuffed Golden Retriever they had and wrestle it and fling it from side to side. They had 2 of these giant toys along with a good collection of stuffed bunnies as well.

Bev and Stan decided that Riley had to have the dogs as she loved them so much, so one trip after taking 2 Corgis to visit, I came home with 2 Corgis, 2 Golden Retrievers and several large stuffy bunnies!!!

Riley adored those big dogs - every single morning she dragged one of them out and would give it a good thrashing!! You can see her smile and sense of pride for "saving" me from the big bad dangerous stuffed Goldens!

1) My puppy sitter took this picture of Tucker and his buddy Spirit looking like they had just been caught red handed and they were claiming ignorance!

2) Thier good friend Charlie (terrier mix) celebrated his 5th birthday in january and I got this picture of 3 dogs 'abegging!

I know it's Saturday, but I'm always late anyway. Here's Link with his new favorite toy - a bright pink hedgie!!!! Each foot has a squeaker and best of all, it grunts.

Link says real men play with pink fuzzy toys. Millie seems just disgusted by it all.

Dogs who have made a mess, are messy, dirty, something along those lines???

Okay - all you clean dog folks - that's just wrong.

How about something to keep our moderator on her toes???

Hay!! I'm on my toes so much already that I'm wearing ballet slippers and a toutou!

I didn't know that we had Rules for Photo Friday!

How about if we have themes?

And one more thought, the first person that starts the thread each Friday, dates it. Our thread is getting very long and maybe hard for some members to load.

So Friday May 4th, we start a new thread? Does the one starting it pick the topic? Should we all post to the topic if we can?

Being here on the west coast I'll never be online first before most of you gals. But I could stay up past midnight here, and post while you are all asleep.

Okay here's an idea - let's pick 4 themes - sleeping is already taken for this week. We'll put them on our calendar for the next 4 Fridays so people can be taking photos (like Jess needs an excuse now) with them in mind.

I still vote for crazy tongues! Have some fun - get out the peanut butter and let them lick!

Somehow we missed this thread until today.:ARG: Everyone's photos have been great! Yay! Photo Friday!:BIGGRIN" We are definitely in! The sleeping theme sounds good to us for this week. As for future themes, here are a few suggestions in addition to the previously mentioned dirty dogs (Sorry LaRositaMonita) and long tongues:

action photos
funny photos
artistic photos
beach photos
snow photos (hmmm would be tough for us but there is always photoshop ;))
guilty looks
bunny butt photos
swimming or water photos
dogs and famous places or destination
vacation dog photos (might be same as above?)
dogs doing tricks
dogs in strange or funny places

These are just a few suggestions we thought we would throw out there to get everyone thinking. We would be fine with any theme! We love corgi photos!:BIGGRIN"
