About Foto Fridays - what are they and what are the themes???

Foto Fridays are when we share photos of our dogs based on that week's theme. The themes are now posted for the year on a calendar called - Foto Fridays. On any page you will see the blue tool bar under the logo and bread crumbs. If you click on calendar, it wil bring up our default calendar which has all the special occassions listed on it. On the bottom right hand side of that page you can use the "Jump to" feature and go the Foto Friday calendar. You will also see the upcoming 2 weeks of events on the main forum page at the bottom left - it lists all events on both calendars on chronological order.

So I am setting up all the themes for this year's Foto Fridays. I am open for new ideas for themes - have a look at the calendar and see if there is anything you'd like added to the themes. For a specific holiday, time of year or any old Friday. Post your idea here and I will update the whole year at the end of the week.

I hope everyone still wants the Foto Fridays - I'm open to hear any comments or ideas you have.

How about the Friday nearest to March 1st having a St David's Day Foto Friday- daffodils, Welsh costumes- you can find loads of pics on the internet-I can help if people want to. After all our corgis are WELSH corgis

I love Foto Fridays!! Maybe we could do one showing our corgis' "at home". I'd love to see them in their home space...their crates, beds, dog houses...maybe a HGTV moment for corgis!

Hows a bout a "Corgis and Moms" and "Corgis and Dads" for each respective holiday....do you have those days in Canada etc???

Look through the 2008 calendar to see what is there and what else you might like. I haven't loaded up the 2009 one yet.

I have a couple of ideas:

Corgis at work! Dylan has his therapy 'job', Danny helps out by picking up dropped objects.

Corgis on the Go! On a road trip, a vacation, to the park, shopping, visiting or anywhere.

My Playmate(s)! Siblings, partners, friends, canine, feline, human or other.

Corgi Cuisine! Show us how you enjoy your mealtime bowls.

Corgi and their begging face - we all know they have one. Course guilty face might be sometime easier look to get.

Okay - so I've now filled the whole year's supply of Foto Friday themes - start stockpiling those photos to be ready! It's also a great way to have photos for the calendar for next year!
