Just wondering if you give your dogs any daily vitamins in hopes that it will help them stay healthy.
Cody gets 300 mg of "Ester-C/Vitamin C" every day. I buy the 1000mg tablets and cut them in thirds.
He also gets 1/2 of a Glucosamine Chondroitin tablet - which would be 250mg Glucosamine and 200mg Chondrotin.

Dillon and Gus each get: a 250 mg Vitamin C, a 500 mg dose of glucosamine Chondriotin, a squirt of alaskan salmon oil, and I just started giving each one a Welltab multi-vitimin by Wellness. The amount of vitamin C contained in this particular suppliment is so low that I can give both that and the vitamin C and still only be around 300mg a day which is perfectly fine, but the Welltab seems to bring a lot of other good vitamins and minerals to the table.

Emilie were you able to get Ester C in 250mg? I could only find the 1000mg EsterC tablet and that is why I have to cut them, as I don't want to give him that much. Who sells the Welltab?

I am just giving vitamin C not esther C so i was able to get it in 250 mg (which was still tough to find!)
The Welltabs are made by wellness, and i got them at my petfood store that sells wellness and the super premium and holistic foods. http://www.onlynaturalpet.com/products/WellTabs-Dog-Formula/138001.aspx
They are chewables and the dogs think they are a treat! so there is no trouble getting them to eat them.

Both Trevor and the kitties get Solidgold's Seameal everyday with their rations. Also have the Welltabs by Wellness, and was using them for the multivitamin/mineral supplement with the home-cooked meals.

Pepper as a senior, got the Shaklee (I'm a distributor) alfalfa for allergies and arthritis, and the joint health which is the glucosamine and chondritin. She'd get the chewable C (100mg) if she was recovering from something.

We give Annie "Fresh Factors" from Springtime, Inc. She loves the goodies and we have had a good response so far.
