Foto Friday Theme?

Having just used the word "Friday" (such a wonderful word . . . sigh) in another post, I wondered . . . What's our Foto Friday theme this week?

My vote is for puppy vs adult, meaning before and after photos. I love seeing how they look all grown up and the adorable puppy photo.

I am game for either subject... I got butt pics , i got the before afters for Dillon only, no puppy photos for Gus as i got him at 2 yrs 4 months of age.. we could do tongue pics, the ones with funny long tongues... I got plenty of those photos...

"I've been caught" pictures

Love the bath picture and if you don't have one in the bath, it could be before and after as it can be hard to keep a corgi in the tub and take a photo. Or swimming if that is their bath.

Training photo - on the stay command. The expression of the corgi concentrating on not pouncing on the treat is priceless.

For all of our new friends - we post a thread on Fridays called Foto Friday with a prechosen theme. When you see the thread add your post with photos - go to the thread Show off your Dogs - there's a sticky post there to tell you how to post photos - can't wait to see y'all tomorrow.

Great Idea! It truly is amazing how much they change over time. When I first saw Zack I was sure he was a Black Headed Tri like Rupert. But by the time he was a year old, he was a red head! Who knew.:SMILE:

So being one of the new kids on the block - when do I post the Friday pix. Before Friday so they can be seen on Friday or after Friday? Hey, I'm a University Administrator I have to ask those questions!!

generally a new post is started with the particular weeks Foto Friday theme and then everyone posts on friday ( or saturday or sunday... but generally we all go on Friday)

Okay - let's pick the theme today so people can prepare.

It's been suggested a few times, so let's get it out of the way:

"Say Ahhhhh..."

Show us those crazy Corgi tongues, licking their favourite food, flapping outside of their mouths as they run, slurping their favourite person!! If you don't have any photos - you've got a couple of days to set up some fun shots if you want. Get a spoon or a jar of peanut butter or buy them an icecream cone and let's see what they've got!!!

For all of our new members, I usually start the thread on Friday AM (EST) - and then the fun begins - there is a sticky post in the "Show off your Dogs" forum on how to post your photos - we like it when you put them up on another site and embed the image because then they are nice and big and we can all see them!!

Let's have some fun!!!

Someone will get things started early on Friday morning and you can justpost in the thread then. If you come on Friday and no one has startd yet....go for it!

Yepyep.. let's see those tongues!! I'm gonna have to find the camera batteries and try to get creative on this one! Maybe I can find the shot of Gator sleeping with just the tip of his tongue hanging out.... he does that sometimes and it is TOO funny.

I did miss posting "sleeping dogs", but it's very hard to get any pictures of Gizmo sleeping. If he's zonked out, and I just get up to get my camera, he gets up too. This boy does not take long naps until late at night. I think he lays down with one eye open, waiting for somebody to throw his toy or give him food. :LAUGH:
