You upload them straight from your computer.
Just go to your User CP, then click on Pictures and Albums.
Add an album - it will be displayed under your photo and username when they are shown on the front page of the forum. (It will have to be a public album to have the photos show on the home page.)
Once you've created the album, it will take you to a screen and it will say: click here to upload pictures. You will be able to browse the photos in your computer - whether on a flash drive, dvd, whatever.

Hmmm. That happened to me the first time too.
Go out of the User CP, back to the main page. Hold down your shift key and hit the reload button for your browser. Then try again. It may take a couple of trys.
I don't really know what I did to get mine to work. I think I just tried it a couple of times until it worked. High-tech, eh??
I got the security thing a bunch of times. Mostly when I tried to upload multiple pics. When I did them 1 at a time it was much better, but much slower. I never did finish, will have to do that...

It seems to have something to do with the size of the file - if it's too large, you get the security token message.
I'll look into making a proper fix.
Aha! Yes my files are on the large size....

It may be the size of the individual photo - I'll do a test and see if I have the same issue.

It must be that uploading large ones in multiples are giving the software a headache.
I was able to upload one large file and have it resized okay. Sorry, unless you manually resize, you'll have to upload one at a time.
