Just wanted everyone to know that the newly formed group/list, Redwood Coast Corgis will hold their first annual Corgi Picnic, including a silent auction for Corgi Aid on 5/16/2009 in the Fort Bragg, CA area.
On 5/17/2009 those who would like are invited to a beach party frolic at one of Fort Bragg's dog friendly beaches. (to be announced)
5/16 Event
Location: Camp 20 Recreation Area, on Hwy 20, 17 miles East of Fort Bragg or 16 miles West of Willits. The area is a large grassy field and large pony pens will be set up for the corgis to run off leash in.
Time: Picnic will start at 10:00 AM and finish, whenever
Notes: Admission will be $10 per person and $5 for children. This will cover the costs of hot dogs (to be barbecued), condiments and sodas. Any left over proceeds will be donated along with the proceeds from the silent auction to Corgi Aid. Everyone attending is asked to bring an item for the silent auction and a side dish if possible.
So if any of you happen to be coming by or through the redwood coast, come join us for fun and lots of cute corgi butts.
