I would LOVE to go. It's on my wish list. What days are you planning to go Susan?

Good Luck to you and Tucker Susan!!

Keep us updated, it looks like a fabulous event to attend, even to just to see so many fuzzy butts in one place.

We were at a Corgi Specialty on Vancouver Island many years ago and I will never forgt it!

Well..... right now I have a hotel room reserved (love those Marriott reward points!) for pretty much the whole time. Saturday the 22nd thru Sunday the 30th.

I have never vacationed with the dogs so this will be a first. May have to get a bigger wagon (kidding!). X pens will travel!

Agility is on Wednesday and Thursday. No guarantee if I send my application in the first day that we will even get in, but I am hopeful. I will enter Novice A & JWW Novice A on both days - my goal is to get a "Q" rosette one way or another! AKC requires weave poles and that is something we have not had to do in competition, we are pretty inconsistant in practice so have a lot of work to do between now and then.

I would also like to volunteer at something. The Mayflower PWCC has a magazine and in the last mag they were encouraging people to volunteer at events. I need to get a feel for what is needed and find some time to leave the dogs at the hotel and go and volunteer.

RUMOR HAS IT: the shopping for corgi stuff is great! OK so I'll admit it.... looking forward to cool stuff! I may have to borrow a camera phone so I can take orders.

Better get that camera ready......

Sounds like a blast!

I decided to volunteer at our club's freestyle competition when I first joined, it really gave me insight into all the ins and out of the event.

Whatever you decide to do, I'm sure that you will have a great time there!

Oh man! You'll be running agility during the week? That stinx - I wanted to come and cheer you on! All of my 2007 vacation days are spoken for (plus quite a few days that I'm technically not allowed!), so I can't push my luck - have to just go on the weekend (I think the last 2 days). Let's definitely coordinate and see if we can't meet up!

YAY! CORGI SHOPPING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:CUTE:
