Sorry I haven't been posting much, I'm extremely far behind in my schoolwork after missing a week for my wisdom teeth. It doesn't look good for the next few weeks either, finals are coming and I have to study for them :ARG:

Anywho, to make up for my absence I'll leave you all with a big IzFro pic fix :CUTE:

Here they be:

Thanks ZdogZ and Jespah, I absolutely loath finals! Especially because I have physics this year *gag*

... and i love the one " I is Pointer" that is a great pose... beautiful location too...
Thanks, you can see that his hair is still raised in the pointer one, lol, we try and go to the farm once or twice a week at least to burn off some energy and after all this time he still insists on barking and getting all huffy at the horses. :NAH:

Thanks Artos, they are both 16 months old :)

I thought the same thing "I is Pointer" is my favorite picture. The Izzy poses is lovely also. They are all great - awesome photographer you are, you could give me lessons. It looks beautiful where you live - they look like they have lots of land to run on.

Thanks corgimom!

I love photography, but I wouldn't exactly call myself a good photographer, you guys just didn't see the other 40 or so photos that didn't turn out and went in the trash (and that doesn't count the ones I deleted on site), it takes me a huge amount of bad photos to get one good one. :CUTE:
I'm still learning myself how to use all the settings to take good pictures, and I'm taking summer seminars at my local college for photography. I think I'm going to start photographing still life though, they don't run away on ya!

I love living the rural Pennyslvania and I doubt that I'll ever leave. Even though they don't have a whole lot of dog related opportunities, there's nothing like taking a day long hike through the woods and never seeing a road or hearing a car motor, or walking down a country road and not having to worry about cars (but watch out for the buggys, lol) and watching the farmers out plowing farms and the little Amish kids in their cute little matching outftits, or...okay now I'm rambling :TWITCHY:

Those are wonderful pictures, and of course fantastic subjests! The scenery is beautiful, a very stunning backdrop for the dogs.

And good luck with your exams.

Great pictures of Izzy and Frodo!

Good luck on your finals. My daughter-in-law is in the middle of her...???final :ARG: mind went blank.... what is the test called for a Doctorate? it's like 7 or 11 days to complete then months of waiting to see if you passed...:ARG: see how well I pay attention to what she tells me....

Its called the Viva.
Sometimes it can be quite a breeze. Depending on the examiners....and the subject....

After which- if the person passes- its a case of having a permanent head damage (PhD)
Haha.

Thank you! She has been stressing over this for a while - had like 70 books checked out of the library - her Doctorate will be in Sociology. She wants to be a Professor. She is teaching her 2nd class this year at UGA while still attending class.
Seems like she said the test could enclude anything she has had over the last 8 years.

Well, it looks like a beautiful, peaceful place. We have some Amish communities here in Wis. also and those little kids are adorable in their outfits and the bonnets:SMILE:

Wow, I needed that "fix"...the green rolling hills, with beautiful corgis. Here our hills are scorched. You will have to remember to take a photo with the trees in the background in the fall. We only have the oaks turning yellow and I love seeing the bronze and reds in PA. My brother's first choice was to move to PA from CA, but home prices were double that of WI where he decided to retire to. My great-grandpa etched the PA state seal, my Dad was born there. But no family there now.

Does only Izzy point and not Frodo? Pepper used to do the pointer stance and I didn't know if it was a corgi thing. Exciting to see another corgi with that endearing stance.

You are doing well in photography because you are able to discern which photo to keep and which to toss. Professional photographers went through a roll of film to get one good shot. Digital cameras I wonder the size of their memory cards.

I haven't been to PA in the mountains in many years but always remember the beautiful green lush mountains as we would drive through on our way to OH to visit my grandparents... I dont know that i could live anywhere that there aren't colorful leaves in the fall... that is my very favorite time of year, followed next by spring.
Dillon does that Pointer stance too, ears pricked forward , hair slightly raised, so cute! I love that look... very intense!

Thanks Corgimum, I do love photographing them on the farm because it just feels natural, like they were meant to be out running on a farm. I'd much rather photograph (and look at photographs) of Izzy and Frodo, or any corgi for that matter, then say, Mollie (poodle/pomeranian mix).

Bunnybutts, that seems really intense, I know I'd be freaking out about that test :ARG: It seems like she's doing well though, especially if she's already teaching classes!

Sure thing! Although you might have to remind me, lol.

Wow, that's really cool!!

The "I is Pointer" picture is of Frodo  I've seen Frodo do it before, but never Izzy, although I don't think Frodo is actually pointing at anything in the way which real Pointers point, I think he's just resting his leg or something like that.

You are doing well in photography because you are able to discern which photo to keep and which to toss. Professional photographers went through a roll of film to get one good shot. Digital cameras I wonder the size of their memory cards.
Thanks, the memory card which came with my camera held a whopping 16 pictures, lol. The one I bought for it holds over 300, plus I have the advantage of clearing space on it while I'm taking pictures, I've never had to use another card.
