How much do I give him? CoQ10-MSM

I was reading about CoQ-10 in Dog world and want to give it to Jinjo, so I asked his vet. She said just buy the human stuff and look up the dosage online... So, he's a 35lbs Corgi, I'm still not sure about the right does? Anyone on here giving it? How much do you/would you give?

Also, even with Adequan right now with the weather, Jinjo is going stiff and seems to be a bit off. So, I want to add MSM (Adequan his high dose inject-able condroitent (I believe)). About how much of that would I give him if buying the human stuff too? And YES! I know they make it just for dogs, but I'm not paying that price when I can get it just as good, if not better, cheaper.

Cooper is on Dasuquin with MSM per his Vet. Cooper is 36 lbs. He did a 6 weeks initial administration of 2 tablets and maintainence is 1 tablet. The bottle is for small to medium dogs under 60 lbs. My "fur" raised that your vet dumped the dosage research on you.

Take a look at Dasuquin online. nutramaxlabs.com I got my most recent bottle from Allivet.com as that site was the cheapest I could fine for the "real" product.
