Final one.. this really captures Gator's personality (and floppy, adorable ears!).

Well, when we adopted him they were calling him "Chopper". We were trying to decide if we wanted to rename him and first thought of changing it to "Chomper" in honor of my husband's favorite team's mascot (the University of Florida Gator's mascot is "named" Chomper). Then we decided both of those names would be easy to confuse with Checkers so we opted to just go all the way and make it "Gator". He was responding to the new name within 24 hours so I guess he likes it. :BIGGRIN"

I will have to show these pics to the hubby. He was asking "which dogs is it we're going to go see?" and I was scrounging on the forum to find a few of the boys!!!

Great pics! I love the two of them in the pool, too cute! and the one of checkers running full speed ahead to get the stick from gator, that is also a great action shot, and of course the one of gator is an excellent action shot, i never get good action shots... that is why no one ever sees me post them... i need hubby to take the pics while i get them running LOL!

I was guessing that there was at least one Florida Gator involved in that choice!

Hey.... Checkers and Gator look like they need more sticks!!!!
I have woods full of them and Lulu could use a few less. Maybe we can help each other out! So don't be shicked when the Fed Ex guy shows up in front of your house with a bundle of sticks!
