Time to show off the puppy pics and photos of when you got them again!! I know we see a lot of the same ones everytime we do this - but I know I love seeing them!!

I got Jemma when she was 7 months old, so this is the youngest photo I have of her - she was 6 months at the time.

http://i165.photobucket.com/albums/u70/Jespah_corgis/DSCN0008.jpg

I scanned some new ones of the beast - sadly, he was such an ugly pup.

Then

At the risk of sounding terribly repetitive, Jemma is just STUNNING!!!

We're out of town, so I will have to post some of Sadie's arrival pix later.

I'll have to find one of Merlin and scan it in tonight.

Here is Janine as rescued- the bleached white originally extended throughout her body.

Not quite today, but last fall.

Bobbie - she naturally had those white patches? Or something was causing it? Somebody didn't actually bleach her, did they?

Bobbie

Unknown as to whether it was deliberate bleaching or the sun- she was abandoned when someone moved out and left in the back yard and the landlord turned hr in to the pound.

Poor Janie! I'm so glad you got her!

Um, Rupe an ugly pup? I don't think so!

Jemma as cute as ever!

Will have to post mine tonight.

Oooooo pups Ah, full grown beauties!

Oh poor Janine. How horrid that she was abandoned. I will never understand why people do that. Just the thought that someone may have bleached her. +CENS+ How fortuntate that she has you, Bobbie, to love her.

I can only provide a picture of baby Andy at 12 weeks, and now at 2-1/2 years, since Angel is a rescue and we got him at 18 months old.

He sure had big ears for such a little guy, but even though he has remained a small corgi (25 lbs), he seems to have grown into his body rather nicely.

I love the baby pictures!!
Rupe you were adorable as a baby, I love the eyeliner in your baby pictures!
That's a really cute one of Checkers. Love the big smile!
Poor Janine, that is so sad. I'm glad she found you Bobbie. She is a cutie!

The first two pictures are of Bella when I got her from the breeder in November of 2009; she was 5 months old then. The last three were taken a few weeks ago, around March 12th I believe. She's 8 months old now.

It's weird to see other Corgis that were brought home around the same age as Bella and they are twice her size! At 8 months, she only weighs 13 pounds and is so tiny compared to how everyone else's dogs look :P

Well, we've only had Gromit for 2 1/2 months and he's certainly GROWN even if he looks pretty much the same. Still has some puppy fuzz on his ears and head but his regular coat is well in.

Here he is the day we got him:

Okay, you guys have so many cool photos of your dog that you made me feel guilty, so all the "now" pictures are from today in the nice sunny spring (finally!) weather. Malcolm's puppy pictures I have only in hard copy, so I put in one of him at his first birthday party. I got Apple when she was 7 months old, so her picture is from the day she came to live with me.

Here is Malcolm:

Aww, Doug.... Watson and tinsel were super adorable puppies and grew up to be beautiful corgis... I totally understand how it can be hard to look at some of the old photos... I still get a bit choked up looking at some of the photos of Clinton ( kitty) and he passed 5 yrs ago. * gromit is a very handsome boy, by the way. really stunning...

I love all the now and then photos ... such adorable corgis we all have!

Great pictures of W and T. They were wonderful pals for you. I know how you feel. I still can't look at Zack's photo album without having those same eye problems.

So here's the deal. you go snuggle Gromet and I'll go snuggle Shaun. It doesn't make the eye problems go away, but it does help!

Thanks for the comments. W&T were a unique experience in my life and a key part of my life when it was in transition. Gromit is very lovable and easy going and easy to love. He's a charmer on all counts and I really couldn't hope for a better new Corgi pal.
