Every year the Lakeshore Pembroke Corgi Club holds a puppy match at a park, this year it'll be held on June 9th. Lakeshore has members from all over the midwest. I live in Indiana and am fortunate that they hold this match about a 40 minute drive for me. Along with a obiedence and puppy conformation class, they have fun contest and games. I took Gizmo when he was still a pup, he had a blast! :SPINNY:

This is the show I took all those puppies picture from that I posted. Here is a link to more pictures that I took the first year (2 yrs ago) we attended: http://pets.webshots.com/album/366889544rNwhVv
I'm already making plans to attend. This is the same group that held the herding instinct test we attended last fall. I've met some really nice folks, so it'll be fun seeing them again.

We had a great time on Saturday! The weather was perfect! I'll be posting pictures after I finish editing them.

I looked at the whole slideshow, Judy! What fun everyone must have had! And, of course, I was especially interested in the participants in the Fluffy Competition!! Since I live in Michigan MAYBE, someday, ChloeLouise will be able to join in one of your get-togethers!!

Well, I finally finished editing pictures. I'm not the best photographer, and I have to be very patient with my camera.
Most pictures are of the puppies, Gizmo, and the fun classes.
Gizmo didn't do so well in the fluffy class. First off, I didn't realized it was going to be judged like a conformation type class, so was not prepared with grooming and handling. My hubby handled him, and he would not take his eyes off me! :TWITCHY: Plus we didn't bring any type bait to keep his attention, but it really didn't matter, we were there for the fun.

Judy ~ Those pictures are great. Looks like everyone was having a good time. I'd give anything to have a "corgi" get-together of any kind.
