ER visit

Well Annie had a trip to the ER last night. She has a soft tissue injury to her right front leg. Something startled her last night while she was outside pottying and you all know the "corgi bounce and kicking legs backwards" we think this is what did it. We are glad that her back was not reinjured. So crate rest, Tramadol and Rimadyl for this Diva girl. Please send pawsitive healing vibes if you think about it!

I am giving her the Tramadol on an every 8 hours schedule as this morning she was really acting like she was pretty painful. She seems to be moving better now and will get her Rimadyl in another half hour.

Annie is doing better today thanks to a lot of corgi healing vibes and pawsitive healing...oh and the meds seem to be helping too! :NOTWORTHY: You all are awesome you know?!

We are going to be able to cut her pain med down to bid dosing starting today for 3 days and keep her on the Rimadyl bid dosing for 7 days total.

She is the light of our life and we would do anything for her...but she needs to knock this kind of thing off! :WINK:
