Look Ma, EARS!

Merlin woke up this morning with both ears up! The right one is still a little weaker in general, but it was up completely this morning and has dropped only a little at the top as the day has gone on. It's hard to get a good picture of him sitting still, but here's what I've gotten so far:

Love both Merlins' pictures! And yes, I agree with Deb -- Checkercorgi's Merlin seems more grown up with his ears up, but we know he's still a pup.

Sadie is the first dog I've ever had (and I've had a lot of dogs!) with what we call "stickie-up ears". As a matter of fact, the ear configuration almost kept me from getting a corgi at all. What a mistake that would have been! :SWOON:

They are now my favorite part too, along with the big feet, little legs, lack of tail, and great personality...can you tell I'm hooked?!?

Merlin looks so proud of his new standing up ears or perhaps his "Daddy" in uniform or perhaps both. What a happy puppy to have landed in a wonderful family!
