I was fortunate enough to get my corgi fix at the puppy match that Lakeshore Pembroke Welsh Corgi Club holds every year. We've been attending it for the last 3 years, it's lots of fun. Yes, it's a show to get those puppies exposed to being shown and handled, but they also show the older dogs, plus they have fun competitions.

Wow - lots of pups!!! It looks like you had a great day weatherwise and that there were enough Corgis on hand to get a good fix!!

Judy thanks for posting the pics - the close up of the puppy by the fence reminds me of my Cody as a pup. I would have been hugging every one of those puppies there - too hard to resist. Your Gizmo looks as handsome as ever. I wish we lived closer.

I love seeing Gizmo, he really is so handsome- such a pretty face and lovely smile. The puppies are so cute i would bust! I cant resist those faces....and i can practically smell the puppy breath!

You know what, I was really surprised how many tri's were there! You normally see RHT, but not too many BHT. Gizmo's mom is a BHT too. I'm one of those who's very interesting in the color gene's, so I was asking colors of parent's, etc.

It was really hard not picking up all the puppies. I didn't want the owners to get mad at handling their puppies. One of the puppies was a fluff too. +WUBCLUB+

Oh yes, I forgot to mention. Evie Anderson, the artist who does all the corgi pictures, was there. She is in one of my pictures where everyone is holding a puppy, she is wearing green. A few of her items were part of the raffle, which unfortunately I didn't get any of my tickets called.
