Corgi in need in College Station, TX

My daughter contacted me this morning about a corgi in need of rescue! She has a good friend who does rescue in Houston, and thought that I might know someone who could help. Does anyone know where I might send the info on this cutie?? I have a picture, but hesitate to post it because it includes a little girl whom I do not know - the rescuer's daughter. He looks much like Sadie in the face, has a white ruff, and a mostly black back. He's adorable!
