Corgi Pet Peeves

I mentioned this in another thread, but I picked up a little silly booklet about Corgis by Kardlets from a store and it has the top ten Pet Peeves Welsh Corgis have about their owners. They are:

10. You yell at me when I bark, May I remind you, I AM a dog
9. Ribbons, bows, nail polish, YUCK
8. The "fake fetch throw, Congrat", you are smarter than me, Check out the
yellow spot on the carpet!
7. Blaming your wondrous odor on me
6. Making me wear a sweater, trench coat or a rain jacket, remember I HAVE
FUR
5. Can I help it you left your glass on the coffee table and I just happened
knock it off.
4. I am not your child
3. I cannot understand a word you say including BABY TALK!!
2. Some days, it's to the park--some days it's to the vet. What is a "ride"
anyway?
1. You always get disgusted with me when I lick myself, then you tell me I
have the sweetest kisses!

I don't see Corgis as one you would put ribbons, bows and nail polish on, although when my daughter was about 7 she did paint my last Corgis nails a "hot" pink:rolleyes:

I used to get pom-poms put in Zip's ears when he got groomed and my son would freak out every time!

Jackie's Pet Peeves:
10) Why will you let me up on the bed, but not on the couch?

9) Stop the baths . . . NOW.

8) You are very selfish. Why don't you ever share your food with me?

7) Why do you take me out in the rain . . . and then complain about me being wet?

6) You want me to be friendly, but you don't want me to jump on anyone. Make up your mind!

5) Three words: Ditch The Vacuum. It's ruining my decorating motif.

4) We need to go to school more than once a week. I must socialize!

3) Leave my feet alone! If it's not that grinder, then it's the scissors. Or you are smeeling them. What is it with you and my feet? You have issues.

2) I do not understand why I am not allowed to sample the snacks on the ground. There are so many interesting things out there to munch on. Killjoy.

Jess... I will have to think of Tuck's top 10 but right off the bat... I think the one about me not sharing my food with him would have to be way at the top.

Of course Lulu's top 10 would be somewhat different from Tucks.

I don't think so. Then they wouldn't have anyone to abuse.

They can't pull the crap they pull on each other - on another dog. They'd get flattened!

Last night Lulu had a deathgrip on Tucker's back leg. He's walkiing and pulling her along. She clearly wasn't hurting him and he was going along with the fun.

When I first saw the thread topic, thinking that is was about our pet peeves, my only was is hair! Everywhere!:D

Two big ones of the dogs, one of which I was just reminded of:

Andy: Quit laughing hilariously when I burp - it's only natural, same thing with the farts. I'm still a lady, darn it! (I was reading this thread as she is sitting in front of me with a nylabone; she burped loudly while chewing.)

Rhys: Why do you take me out in the rain? Period. You know I will melt!
